7th February 2010, 1pm: Many of you are aware that Mark Neville went missing early on Friday 4th February. The BBC report that his car was found on Pentire Headland, Newquay. A helicopter, lifeboat / Coastguard, and land search has taken place on Friday and over the weekend with no success in locating Mark.
Our thoughts are with Mark’s wife and children whilst we wait for more information.
We will endeavour to inform you of any new information (on www.seabase.eu) as it becomes officially available and when appropriate to his family. Several people have contacted Seabase stating factually incorrect information on Mark and are involved with passing this on to others. Although we realise your intentions are good and are grateful for your concern over Mark, we encourage you to only quote official information from the Police.
